Gleis//Garten – Vienna’s 1st Foodhall

Imagine an old train service and operational station (“remise”) turned into a culinary hub and cultural stage - and you have pictured our latest large-scale development project: Gleis//Garten, Vienna’s first food hall. On 1.500 sqm you will find a variety of national and international food concepts, a gin distillery and a local brewery. Cheered by the Viennese public and political sphere alike, one question remains: Who’s crazy enough to dare such a thing?

Adventhochburg am Liechtenstein - Christmas market

How to shape a christmas market that is more than just punch and Christmassy ods and sods? Well, our answer to that question is “Adventhochburg am Liechteinstein”. In October 2023, we figured that we are actually missing a Christmas market that we really want to visit - so, we decided to organize one ourselves.

magdas Hotel am Prater - F&B Concept

If you take a walk in the area of the Vienna Prater, you will discover a former home for the elderly, owned by Caritas, which has been turned into a hotel a couple of years ago and is now closed. In 2023, our client magdas asked us to develop the F&B concept for this hotel, which will be reopened in 2027.

South of Vienna, in the village of Maria Enzersdorf, resides an ancient castle surrounded by a spacious forest full of pine trees: Burg Liechtenstein. Next to the castle, you will find a home for the elderly, and on the first floor a vaulty restaurant: hab*sgut am Liechtenstein.
